Employee of the Month — Carlo Niccolai

In January 2026, within my first year at Keystone, I was named Employee of the Month.

The recognition was for how I approach the job: starting projects without being asked, automating the processes around me, and proactively helping colleagues with whatever they need. What they especially valued was my work on the e-tenders and public procurement process.

It's the kind of work I want to keep doing — building useful things and bringing people along.
